Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also be overwhelming. This two-hour gathering blends gentle yoga, breathwork, and practical nervous system education to help you regulate emotions, reconnect with yourself, and build resilience. Through movement, shared experience, and simple regulation techniques, you’ll gain tools to navigate motherhood with more ease. Whether you’re newly postpartum or years into your journey, this evening is for you. No prior yoga experience is needed—just come as you are and take this time for yourself. Join us for an evening of movement, connection, and nervous system support—because moms need care too. *Please bring a yoga mat, a bolster or pillow to sit on, and wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in.* **This may be eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits if you have coverage for a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or CCC. **
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of our services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
